Lodge a Complaint

Thank you for providing us with the information we need to assist you with your complaint. We ensure any member of the public, client, participant or staff member who’s been involved with Rise Up Care services has the right to raise concerns. We are committed to assuring accessibility, equality, accountability and transparency.

We have several ways that you can submit information so we can help resolve your complaint as quickly as possible:

We take trust and privacy very seriously.

All complaints will be managed with confidentiality and you have the option to submit anonymous feedback should you desire. Please note we may not be able to provide you with updates or feedback on your complaint and our process should you submit anonymously.
